Caring, practical support for children and families facing illness.

What We Offer

Mentorship & Peer Support

  • Regular check-ins and in-person meetings with a consistent, trusted adult mentor
  • Guided conversations and activities that help youth process change, stress, and uncertainty
  • Opportunities to build coping skills, confidence, and emotional awareness through real connection
  • Optional peer group gatherings that foster belonging and shared experience
  • Participation is voluntary, flexible, and never forced — youth can engage at their own pace

Basic Support Services

  • Direct assistance with essential items such as groceries, school supplies, and household necessities
  • Ongoing support for families impacted by illness-related financial and logistical strain
  • Connection to local community resources for continued assistance beyond immediate needs
  • Acts as a liaison between families and partner organizations to help navigate available support
  • Reduces barriers to access by guiding families through next steps, not just referrals
